So, when it’s time to clean your jewellery, make sure that you see a professional. If you just want to take care of it yourself, most coloured gems can be easily cleaned using a soft brush, mild dish soap and warm water.
#4: Safely store your jewellery:
This is usually one of the most overlook things in what comes to jewellery. However, it’s extremely important or you might end up with damaged and scratched gems.
One of the best places to keep your jewellery is actually on the pouch or box that came from the store. Whenever you are traveling and want to take your jewellery with you, make sure that you pad it well and place it in a separate case or box to make sure that it does not suffer any impact damage or any scratches.
